Our agency division is growing—fast—and we are looking for an independent, efficient, and highly motivated Account Manager to help us wow our clients and, ultimately, earn more business.
The Account Executive/Manager will be responsible for working directly with clients to orchestrate and execute marketing campaigns and virtual events. They will work closely with all members of CovalentCareers’ marketing team to produce and promote these campaigns, and will also report on their success.

We’ve got a team of 15 go-getters here at CovalentCareers. We have a large marketing team and you’ll work closely with all members: our CEO, Associate Director of Client Services, Associate Director of Marketing, Graphic Designer, Managing Editor, and Social Media Coordinator. You will also get to work closely with tons of industry influencers and your clients: representing some of the nation’s largest eyecare companies.
To succeed in this position, you must be:
1. An excellent communicator: Being an A+ account executive is all about incredible client communication. If you love clearly conveying information and addressing client needs over phone, email, or text, this position is for you.
2. Highly organized: This is a growing department and you’ll need to track many deliverables across dozens of campaigns. Organization skills are a MUST! You must be the type of person who can maintain an organized task list and coordinate deadlines across a department.
3. Independent: Our small team relies on people who can roll up their sleeves and Google/hack/problem-solve/research their way out of most any problem. We won’t hesitate to pitch in when you need help, but we also expect that you will only ask for help after taking a stab (or six!) at the problem yourself.
4. Extremely adaptable: We are a fast-growing company, and with growth comes change. You will be expected to keep up with a dynamic environment and learn on the go. We are constantly adopting new technologies and processes to help us do our jobs better and you must be willing to dig in and adapt—quickly!
