What is the job? 

We’re hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to cover maternity leave for one of our rockstars starting a new journey in their lives! This person will:

  • Source and screen eyecare professionals through both inbound and outbound activities (training provided) 
  • Manage a book of clients 
  • Maintain an ATS and candidate pipeline 
  • Prioritize candidate presentations for appropriate clients

Once our full-time team member returns, there may be an opportunity to stay on as a contract recruiter for a longer term.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Doctor of Optometry OR 5 years of experience in recruiting 
  • Amazing organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success 
  • Incredible work ethic 
  • Strong motivation for career growth and advancement 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
